Business Automation & AI That Run Themselves

Your finance and operations data lives in too many places — accounting software, e-commerce platforms, payment processors, CRMs, inventory systems. Most of it moves between systems manually, by people, every week. That manual work is slow, error-prone, and expensive.

We build the automations and AI agents that handle it for you. Custom integrations, intelligent workflows, and production-grade AI systems — scoped to a specific deliverable with clear ROI, not an open-ended "digital transformation."

Automations & AI That Work

Every build ships with documentation and a 30-day warranty. These are production systems, not proofs of concept.

System Integrations

Connect your accounting system, e-commerce platforms, payment processors, and CRM into a single automated pipeline. Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Zoho, and custom — we build the bridges between systems that don't talk to each other.

Automated Reporting & Dashboards

Weekly P&Ls that generate themselves. Daily cash position updates. Live dashboards that refresh automatically. We build the pipelines that feed your reporting so you see current numbers, not last month's.

Custom AI Agents

AI agents that handle real work: document analysis, data extraction, report generation, reconciliation assistance, and research workflows. Connected to your actual business systems via MCP — not just answering questions in a chat window.

Browser Automation

When platforms don't have an API — live-selling apps, legacy portals, internal systems — we use Playwright to automate the browser directly. We have production browser automations running today, including a nightly order-to-invoice pipeline for our own e-commerce business.

Company Knowledge That Works for Your Team

Your team's processes, policies, and know-how are buried across Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, or someone's head. New hires ask the same questions. Nobody can find the latest version. We build AI-powered knowledge systems that connect to where your documents already live — so anyone on your team can ask a question and get the right answer, sourced from your own files, in seconds.

Workflow Automation

Invoice generation pipelines, automated reconciliation, commission calculations, customer onboarding workflows, inventory receiving — the repetitive operations work that eats hours every week. We build it once, it runs on its own.

Built for Teams Ready to Scale

Automation and AI aren't just for enterprise. If your team is spending hours on manual data entry, reconciliation, or reporting — there's a build that pays for itself in weeks.

Your team moves data between systems manually

Copying from Shopify to Excel to QuickBooks every week. Reconciling platform payouts by hand. Generating reports from multiple sources. Automation gives your team those hours back for higher-value work.

You've outgrown Zapier but can't hire a developer

Your no-code automations hit a wall — platforms without APIs, complex multi-step logic, edge cases that break. You need someone who can build beyond the no-code ceiling without the cost of a full-time engineer.

You want AI that does actual work, not demos

You've seen the demos. You want production systems — an AI agent that processes your invoices, analyzes your documents, or connects to your CRM. Specific deliverables, clear ROI, not an experiment.

You're already an FTBCG finance client

We know your systems, your data, and your workflows. Adding automation on top of your existing finance engagement is the fastest path to near-real-time reporting and reduced manual work.

From Audit to Production

Every engagement follows a clear path: understand, scope, build, deliver.

01

Automation Audit

We map your current workflows, identify every automation candidate, and estimate time savings and build costs. Deliverable: a prioritized roadmap ranked by ROI. This is a standalone paid engagement — you get actionable insight whether or not you proceed to a build.

02

Scope & Acceptance Criteria

Each automation is scoped as a standalone project with clear acceptance criteria, a fixed fee, and a defined timeline. No ambiguity about what "done" looks like. You approve the scope before we write a line of code.

03

Build & Test

We build the automation, test it against real data, and document the workflow with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Every build is delivered production-ready.

04

Launch & Warranty

The automation goes live with a 30-day warranty. If anything breaks or needs adjustment during that period, we fix it at no additional cost. After warranty, an optional maintenance retainer keeps everything running as platforms evolve.

Fixed Scope, Fixed Fee

Every engagement is scoped upfront with clear deliverables. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprises.

Automation Audit

Common Questions

What tools and platforms do you work with?

We build with Zapier, Playwright, Python, and custom code depending on what the workflow requires. On the AI side, we build custom agents and MCP servers that connect directly to your business systems. We integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, Shopify, Stripe, and most platforms with an API — and we use browser automation for those without one.

What if Zapier can't do what I need?

That's where most automation consultants stop. We don't. When no-code tools can't reach a platform — live-selling apps, legacy portals, internal systems without APIs — we use Playwright (a browser automation tool) to automate the browser directly. We have production automations running today, including a nightly order-to-invoice pipeline for our own e-commerce business.

Do I own the automations you build?

Yes. Everything we build is yours — the workflows, the code, the documentation. We hand over full access. If you ever want to bring it in-house or switch providers, you can.

How do you handle confidential data with AI?

We're a finance firm first — handling sensitive data is our day job. All AI implementations use enterprise-grade APIs with data processing agreements. We never train models on your data. Client information stays within your systems and the specific AI tools scoped for the engagement. We can walk you through the exact data flow before any build starts.

What AI models and tools do you use?

We use the best available models for each task — chosen for document analysis, reasoning quality, and the ability to connect directly to business systems via MCP. The specific tools evolve quickly, but the principle stays the same: we use what we run our own operations on, so we know the capabilities and limitations firsthand.

What's an MCP server and why does it matter?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard for connecting AI assistants to real business systems. Instead of copy-pasting data into a chat window, an MCP server lets an AI agent read your accounting system, pull CRM data, or query your inventory — directly and securely. We've been building MCP servers since the protocol launched. At the SMB level, almost no one else has this depth.

Will this replace my team?

No — and that's not the goal. Automation and AI handle the repetitive, manual tasks that eat into your team's time: data entry, reconciliation, report assembly, document lookups. Your people stay focused on the work that actually requires their judgment, relationships, and expertise. The result is a more productive team, not a smaller one.

How long does a typical build take?

It depends on complexity, but we move fast. Every project is scoped with a clear timeline before we start, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need the maintenance retainer?

Not always, but we recommend it for any automation that touches third-party platforms. APIs change, platforms update, and workflows drift over time. The retainer keeps your automations running and gives you a direct line when something needs adjustment. For simple internal workflows, you may not need it.
